Commuters to Yuma High could be impacted by optipave and permanent road striping

Families and staff commuting to-and-from Yuma High School during the next two weeks could be impacted by scheduled work at several key intersections along 1st Avenue.

Beginning Tuesday, April 27, asphalt seal coating (optipave) and permanent striping will cause intermittent road and lane closures until Thursday, May 13.

Students and families traveling to Yuma High School during these dates should plan accordingly and choose alternate routes when necessary.

April 27-28 Orange Street to 6th Street 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
April 29-30 6th Street to 8th Street 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
May 3-4 8th Street to 10th Street 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
May 5-6 10th Street to 12th Street 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
May 7 12th Street to 14th Street 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
May 10 14th Street to 15th Street 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
May 11 15th Street to 16th Street 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.
May 12-13 16th Street and 1st Avenue 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.
