Cibola Choral Dept. presents "Sing We All Noel"

The popularity of the Cibola High School Choral Department’s annual winter concert has grown immensely each year. To help accommodate the show’s popularity, the 2018 concert, “Sing We All Noel,” has been expanded to four nights.

The concert opens on Tuesday, Dec. 4 and runs through Friday, Dec. 7, 2018 at 7 p.m. in the Cibola Auditorium. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. with tickets available for $8 presale and $10 at the door (subject to availability).

“This year's concert music represents a theme of togetherness, with repertoire from many cultures,” CHS Choir Director Brandon Stroup said. “Even the concert poster design expounds on this theme with both contemporary and traditional elements present. It is no secret that there is much divisiveness in our country and in our world, and we'd like to do our part to help counter this division - bringing people of all ages and backgrounds together through song.”

Cibola’s winter choir event has become one of the largest holiday concerts in the Yuma community. For the first time ever, it was expanded to four nights. The show features nearly 300 Cibola choir students, 30 instrumentalists from Cibola and throughout the community, and a 50-member children’s chorus.

“In just four days since tickets went on sale more than 600 have already been sold,” Stroup added. “And the concert is still a month away!  We'd love to see you there.”

Pre-sale tickets can be purchased at Fretworks in the Yuma Palms Mall and Gila Mountain United Methodist Church.
