Kofa High School will host a transition fair for all Yuma Union High School District families on Thursday, Mar. 19 from 5:30-7:30 p.m.

The goal of the transition fair is to provide students with disabilities and their parents information and resources within the Yuma community, on educational/job related services and programs that are available to assist them in planning for the future.

Participating transitional organizations such as Vocational Rehabilitation, Department of Developmental Disabilities, Services Maximizing Independent Living and Empowerment (SMILE), and MIKID will be on hand to offer information regarding transition from the high school setting to the workplace, community, and/or post-secondary education.

Childcare and snacks/drinks will be available.
