Yuma High School choir presents ‘Summer of Love’

The Yuma High School choir program will be putting on their spring YHS choir concert “Summer of Love” on Friday, May 5, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. in Snider Auditorium. Admission is free.

“Summer of Love” is a student-choice choir concert directed by Yuma High choir teacher Stephanie Fazz.

“The students in the YHS choir are taking the reins with planning, choreographing, and rehearsing this show,” Fazz said. “Come enjoy popular music and songs from your favorite movies.”

The concert will feature student solos, small ensembles, and show choir pieces choreographed by students.

“This is my last choir concert at Yuma High School and it will be one for the books!” Yuma High senior Priscilla Martinez said.

The Yuma High choir program typically has three to four concerts each year. This is their final show of the 2022-23.
