Kofa to host Open House for new facilities

Kofa High School will host a ribbon cutting and open house event to showcase its new and renovated facilities on Tuesday, Feb. 19 from 4:30-6 p.m.

The project, which was approved by voters via the passage of a 2015 bond measure, was completed in January and includes a new auxiliary gym and weight room, new science research building, a new culinary arts and hospitality laboratory and more.

The open house event will allow community members to visit the campus and receive tours of the facilities from campus administrators and members of the project team, including the DLR Group and McCarthy Construction.
