• At Cibola High School we recognize and value the importance of extra-curricular activities. We encourage our students to get and stay involved in areas of interest that include sports, band, choir, spirit squad, and other activities that keep them active and participating. These activities allow students to develop talents, gain confidence, and learn lifelong skills. To learn more about our athletic schedules for the year, please see the link to the right. To learn about the clubs and organizations we offer, check out the Clubs page.

Cibola High School offers 3 different seasons for Athletics.  Students may participate in one sport each season.  The Athletic fee is $45.00 payable in the Cibola Bookstore.  Students are required to have a clearance packet with a physical completed by a U.S. doctor after March 1, 2019.  The AIA “Annual Pre-participation Physical Evaluation” form must be used.  Students must be cleared through the Athletics office in order to participate.  Please see the Online Athlete Registration section for further information

Many of our Athletic teams hold Open Gym/Field during their off-season.   Students must complete the Athletic clearence process (except for paying the fee) in order to participate in off season activities.

During this time Coaches are there in a supervisory capacity only.  Students must be registered at Cibola High School to attend these sessions.  Students who will be entering Cibola High School as Freshmen must be registered and have promoted from 8th grade before attending any open gym/field or try-outs.  All Coaches can be reached by email or through the Athletic Office at 928-502-5710.
