Educational Applications & Websites

Yuma Union High School District supports the integration of a wide range of productivity and educational applications and websites in our classrooms. These digital tools are essential in supporting student learning, enabling progress monitoring, and delivering personalized instruction to meet the diverse needs of our students.

To take full advantage of these services, some tools require limited personal information to create student accounts or provide tailored access. This may include a student’s name, grade level, age, location, and/or their district-issued email address.

In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), a federal law designed to safeguard the privacy of children under the age of 13, YUHSD is required to obtain parental consent before collecting or using personal information from students when creating accounts or allowing access to specific platforms.

A list of all currently approved applications used across YUHSD is available below. If you have any concerns regarding your student’s access to these applications, please contact your school’s principal directly. We encourage parents and guardians to review this list regularly, as updates may occur throughout the school year.
